Covid-19 Guidelines - 'Baseline Measures'
Throughout the last 24 months, we have taken every precaution to ensure the safety & wellbeing of both our staff and customers. During the initial lockdown we took the opportunity to completely redecorate the venue, both front & rear of house and then added the perspex shields, sanitising units, signage, one-way systems and installed a Virtual Check-in for anyone who entered the building.
We continue to review all of our procedures in order to provide a safe & clean environment for our customers to enjoy and for our team to make you welcome.
All that we ask is that you abide by the guidelines and listen to our staff, who are here to help keep you safe.
Personal Wellbeing :
Prior to arriving at the bar, please ensure that you and all members of your party are aware of the current & most up to date Government Guidelines.
If you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms for Covid-19, please do not come to visit the bar & strictly follow the Government guidelines in respect to isolating and testing.
Seating Arrangements :
Our tables and chairs have been have been returned to normal positions.
Virtual Check-In :
Our virtual check-in system is still required to remain in operation meantime & it is requested that all guests must check-in and provide contact details in order to provide these to NHS Trace & Protect should this be required. This can be done manually with a member of staff, should you not have a suitable mobile device.
Use of our Toilet Facilities :
We are operating a maximum of 2 guests in each toilet (Male & Female) at one time.
Sanitise:
All guests are asked to sanitise their hands on entering & before leaving the building at the dispenser inside the main entrance door. We also ask that guests sanitise their hands on entering and leaving the toilet facilities at the station positioned there.
Table Service still advised where possible :
Upon entry wait for a member of staff, who will show you to your table and will then take your order and serve you throughout your visit if required. Bar service for customers who are not seated is now available also.
Some Important House Rules :
Be Polite - Please ensure you are considerate to other customers & abide by the guidance you receive from our great staff. They are looking after you!!
Behave - Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and if continued after an initial "quiet word", you may be asked to leave.
Face Masks - When moving throughout the bar on entry/exit and when visiting the toilet facilities, face masks must be worn at all times. When seated or having returned to your position within the bar area, you may remove your mask while eating or drinking.
RESPECT EACH OTHER AND STAY SAFE
THANK YOU
